My drive are disappeared in bios

i can see my hard drive in bios, but when i want install windows via bios, i can not see any drive to select them, any tips is appreciated

yes i use xp OS and i have IDE hard.

So during installation when WinXP loads all the system files (blue screen) and then what does it do? What error does it show could you post that?
