I had a nikon D3100 Which was stolen last week 7/2/2015.. Is there any chances of getting back ?? If someone is there to answer this pls contact me by calling <REDACTED by Moderator>

File a police report. Hopefully, you have the serial number written down.

There is nothing you can do aside from watch pawn shops for it to show up. There is no tracking programs in those, although it's probably a good idea. If you can have a GPS chip in a 4 inch long phone that costs $100, don't see why they can't stick one in a camera that can be over $1,000.

And on the flip side, that should be able to be turned off, rendering that function useless for a stolen item. I have an Eye-Fi in my camera, but the location service is specifically turned OFF.
