My dvd rom always eject

Hello,
help me, because i am having a trouble with my DVD-ROM . i put aa RW-CD and after, the cd had explode inside the DVD rom.. After i eject the disc using a paperclip, the DVD rom always eject every 4-6 seconds after i close it. What should i do?? please help me!!! here are my my e-mail ;

Second, it sounds like your optical drive is damaged and needs to be replaced. Is this a desktop or a laptop?
