My earphone mic not working!

Last night my Sony MDR XB75AP mic was working fine. I don't know why but since morning it's stopped working, even the mute/pause button don't work anymore. If i twist and rotate 3.5mm jack it start working again few sec.

I tried using it on different device but it's same story.

Any help?

If the peripheral shows the same issue when connected to other devices then the issue can be compounded to your headset being faulty or damaged. Provided you're not needing a 3.5mm splitter for the mic and audio out

Might I ask what devices you've connected the headset to?
