I need help cause my E-machines computer with Windows XP has a blue screen with a message and it want start up, I need help? It displays "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer." It has codes that say "STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF7B3663c, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Solution
Your PC won't automatically boot from a CD.

You have to bring up the boot device menu as soon as you turn it on by pressing & holding F11 or F12.
When the menu appears, highlight "CD/DVD drive" with the up/down arrow keys, then press <Enter>.
Your PC should then boot from the CD that's already in the CD drive.

Or you can instead go in to BIOS Setup (usually you press and hold F2 or Delete key at boot time) and put the CD/DVD drive at the top of boot device sequence, then save & exit (F10).

If it still won't boot from the CD, you might not have made the CD properly.

It could also a be a failing hard drive so test it with Drive Fitness Test which loads in to RAM from a boot CD.
Download the CD image from here: http://www.hgst.com/support/downloads/legacy-downloads#DFT

With a blank CD-R and any working PC, use IMGBurn to create the boot CD from the CD Image:
http://filehippo.com/download_imgburn/

When you've made the CD, boot your faulty PC from it and DFT will present a short boot menu, choose "ATA only".
Then the DFT interface will load. Select your computer's hard drive and test it with the Long/Extended test.
