how do i get my email as i just bought a new computer

Windows 7 doeas not come with an e-mail client, so you will need to download one.
You can use Windows Live Mail or another of your choice.

Live Mail is very nice; you could also consider Mozilla Thunderbird.

If you have a version of Microsoft Office, Outlook is probably the logical choice.
