Question My entire system won't display video after updating video card bios

So I bought a graphics card and installed it in my build. After connecting it to a few different monitors I got the display working with the gpu error code 43. After trying multiple things regarding the error I decided to update my card's bios. Everything seemed to work fine however once I restarted my system it wouldn't properly turn back on again with the card output. The lights on both my keyboard and mouse (which normally do) didn't turn on. I removed the card and tried the onboard video. My mouse and monitor do light up, however my display does not. I have no clue what to do and how I should do it. Any sort of help would be appreciated!!

Update

After having put the card in my middle pci slot, the mouse and keyboard are lighting up. However the display still shows:no video input.
