Question My Epicgames account got hacked by some Russian

So as the title says, someone changed my email and password and now I can't change back any of them. I only managed to log into my account because it was linked with my steam account. Now when I try to change my email, epic says that I have to wait 90 days to change my email again. I tried to contact their support and tried to get help from the "If you do not have access to your account email, please open a dedicated email change request here." link but they say that my account has to be logged out from everywhere, I can't do that cuz the person who hacked me is currently logged in. I'm adding a screenshot of the hacker's email, tho it's partial.

In all honesty, you need to follow through with what they said. It has to be logged off of all accounts. In fact, have you tried calling them and verifying that it is indeed you who are the owner of the account?
