My EPSON printer is Not working. Help!

My Color Stylus 620 printer makes all of the sounds of printing but there is nothing on the paper. I have tried to clean the print heads three times, to no avail. I just changed the black ink cartridge. I do not have any software for this printer. Can you help me? Do I need a new printer?

If you have the driver installed and the printer head is moving back and forth like its printing then the heads are still clogged. Uncloggin them is a royal pain and replacing the printhead is usually not economical. Its cheaper to buy a newprinter.

Remember for inkjets you need to use them everyday. I hate them and dont recommend them to anyone. Pieces of crap.
