Question My ethernet cable is not being detected

I just built a computer and I have installed windows but I don't have internet because my ethernet has no connection I have tried to download drivers for my LAN but came to no success. I want to know how to download PCI drivers because it says those are missing on my device manager. My motherboard is a Gigabyte z390 Gaming X

cause my motherboard came with a DVD but my computer has no DVD player

LOL. NEVER. You are talking to other hobbyists just like you, not a consulting service who are paid to resolve your specific problem. All answers given by forums like this are intended to put you on the right track and offer no guarantee of outcome.

There is a section on your Mobo vendor that has all the drivers for your specific mobo. Not only that, they all should be specific for the Windows version you are running, and obviously select 32/64 bit.

DVD is old school, everything these days is online and download. Plus online stuff tend to have the latest.
