So, recently i upgraded my interet from 100 mb package to 1 gb, and i also got a network adapter because i was missing one : TG-3468.
I even tried contacting my provider which guided me through some steps to make sure i've got the setting and so i went in network to set up Speed & Duplex to 1gb from 100 mb but it didn't helped.
My ethernet cable, from what it says on it it's a cat5e which should support going up to 1gb speed.

My pc specs are :
i3-8100
gtx 1060 6gb
16 rams
Gigabyte b360 hd3 1151v2

I'm surprised the technician didn't see that or give you a cable the router should have come with 🤔

You should be good to go with a new cable.
According to your motherboard's specs list;
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B360-HD3-rev-10/sp#sp
The NIC you are given on that board does support Gigabit ethernet...it's been that way since 2010 for all prior boards. You didn't need to drop in an add-in Ethernet card.

Remove the add-in card, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard, then retry with the existing Ethernet cable. Yes, you're right, you should be able to hit 1Gb on that cable.

Do you have an intermediary device between the ISP and your desktop?

Which version of Windows 10 are you on?

Huawei HG8143A5 is my router.
I'll try lookin' for some updates for my motherboard, but i believe i'm up to date with everything. And i believe nothing's wrong with the port next to my audio jacks, it just seems i haven't done my homework and bought something that i already had in my motherboard all along, good thing it was cheap and i didn't spent too much on it.
Edit: My operating system is Windows 10 Pro

That is the problem, i can't make that link status go over 100 and yes, it should be 100/1000 because when i made the upgrade they send a team to my location to change the cable and give me a new router for i had an inferior one that couldn't support 1000.
Edit : I was also thinking to buy a CAT6 cable and try with it, maybe there's something wrong with my cable.

If link status isn't reporting 1gbps on auto duplex then either there's a setting in the router set to 100 or the ISP made a mistake and haven't given you a gigabit router.

There should be link speed description in the router settings page. Try have a look there.

Yeap, the cable was the problem
I was searching through my stuff for a marker and happened to find a four paired cable that i connected to my router and now i've got 1.0 gb in my speed link
