Hi, i recently replaced my hard drive but doing so i started fresh with no files transfered over (which i wanted) but can no longer get my TL-PA7020KIT ethernet wall plug to connect to my pc. In device manager it has a yellow and black exclamation mark but says it requires no drivers to work. I have switched back hard drives to my old 1 to see if the TL-PA7020KIT works on that and it still does. The ethernet is enabled in device manager but still does not regester. Can anybody help me get it working on my new hard drive too?

My OS is windows 10

In response to your PM, I am just trying to minimize variables. Using a cable eliminates the power line network hardware. I am trying to simplify the problem as much as possible.

If your network adapter has an exclamation mark, then you DO need a driver. You can get it from the motherboard manufacturer's website. You SHOULD get the latest SET of drivers from the manufacturer's website.
