Hello guys,my name is Anirban and I want to reduce the cost of my ethical hacking build from the current cost from 76798.62 rupees to 60000rupees( or 856.16United States Dollars. )

I want to be able to use multiple virtualboxes simultaneously and also use hashcat for cracking passwords. I am just beginning to learn ethical hacking so maybe I don't need a powerful gpu but in the long run I may need a gpu. Also I am not trying to do anything illegal and I would only use it on virtualbox or my own private accounts and networks.
I am unable to understand which part to downgrade and my budget is only 856 dollars.
