Question my every application keeps on crashing after gpu upgrade

yesterday was my birthday I brought msi gtx1050ti
I started playing fortnite a little bit I put it on epic settings I worked nice with 150fps
it crashed!!
then I started again it froze and did every time
now it crashes on low settings also
even fifa 18 did not start
even system applications crashes
my specs
gigabyte h81ms
intel core i3 4170
6gigs of ddr3 ram
msi gtx 1050ti
psu :foxin fps 800 (450watt)

I have seen other blogs on ur website that says the problem is in psubut its not!
my all drivers r up to date and windows also
help meeeee!!

That means squat. That's a low end PSU that is probably dying. Worth checking out.

is said 800 that really output maybe 450. probably not even good enough for that.

ok I just installed a new window every thing is fine nothing is freezing
but
my hdd is beeping!!!!!!!
when I open game
it start beeping and soon bsod
error code is memory failure
I think my psu is crap
my hdd is Seagate 500 gb
it works fine without game open even on heavy load

suggest me a good and cheap psu
