Question My EVGA Gtx 750 ti 2gb is underperforming

Ok so like 1 days ago i bought a Gtx 750 ti and i was so happy because i had a crappy gt 610 and finally i could play games better

before i bought the graphics card i watch some videos to see how well the graphics card perform and it was pretty pretty good imo

i watch a video of monster hunter world to see how well the game perform in the graphics card, and to my surprise it was pretty good on medium-high settings 40-35 frames per second

so when i try to play the game, it was super bad, 20-24 frames on lowest setting and i don't understand why, can any one pls help me out

GPU: Gtx 750 ti 2gb
Motherboard: ecs h81h3-m4
RAM: 8GB
Storage: 500gb
PSU: X-tech generic 600w

Validate the card is actually a 750Ti with Gpuz. There are plenty of fakes out there for sale.
