he package had been marked as delivered by ups, but that Gigabyte had not updated their information to reflect that in the days that followed. I gave them a ring to see what was going on, and was told that the RMA number on the packaging slip was different from the one I had been issued, the RMA number I had was issued to someone else. The customer service rep then went on to tell me that whoever signed for my package was not an employee, as they had no one going by that name in their receiving department. Great I thought, they lost my $300 graphics card. They eventually found it thank god. After a few weeks I received my card back from Gigabyte. It worked, I could play games, I was happy. Then the same issues arose again earlier this month...twitching/shifting of images, loss of display, system crashes. I called Gigabyte for a second time and was issued another RMA number and was sent yet another shipping label. This time they said they would replace the graphics card. I sent it off and they received it with no issues this time around. I received my replacement card yesterday, and just got around to plugging it in. It's obviously refurbished as the fins on the cooler are bent and mashed together. Fine I thought, as long as it works and continues to work I'll be happy. I hook it up, plug in my monitors, turn on my computer, and...nothing. No display. At all. On any of the display ports. So, it looks like I'll have to contact Gigabyte for the 3rd time in less than four months. I had heard Gigabyte had bad customer service, but I didn't understand how bad until now.
