Errrr. you think driver is missing in action?
Could be a dead or dying drive.....
Get a cheap external USB enclosure for the drive within the Toshiba drive and transfer the HDD physically from the old Toshiba enclosure to the new one....
It'll work after that if the HDD ain't dying.
