[SOLVED] My external hard drive started making strange noises

I don t really know what happened i installed a game called world war z and after it crashed so did my hard drive and became really slow
The download speed is really low now and the transfer speed is as low as the download speed
I also formated the drive and still cant get it to work

that caution warning is not good, backup any data you have in there and if possible buy a new one.

I'd advise using an SSD as an external drive, safer from physical damages when compared to hard drives. I personally use Google Drive for storage due to my files being mostly small. The advisement can change depending on your needs for storage.
