i use3d it to instALL WIN 10

Right.
Delete all partitions on it, and create a new partition using the whole space. Reformat.

Open up Disk Management
Right click on that space (be absolutely sure of what drive you are using)
Delete partition

This should leave an Unallocated space.
Right click again
What options does it give you?
