When I boot my pc the EZ Debug on my mobo lights up that says there an issue with the cpu. I tried unplugging and replugging in the cpu power and it still says that message. I very confused to why this is happening because I just booted the up to bios a couple of minutes ago. This issue only happened after I was trying to fix another problem with the ram.

Solution
Wait, my computer doesn’t even go to bios, I just get a “no signal” message on my monitor.
Flashing from bios requires a compatible CPU. That board doesn't support bios flashback(flash bios without a cpu).
Options
Return board and get a newer one with a compatible bios
Take it to a shop and have them update the bios
Buy or borrow and 1st or 2nd gen Ryzen that is compatible to use to flash the bios.
Contact AMD for a bootkit
