So as you can see the cables are different and i have no idea which is which. The only think that is need is just to turn on the pc i dont need anything else.

every cable has identification mark on it(on the black colored plug) which will tell you that where you have to plug it in the motherboard. Refer your manual, it will tell you where each one has to be inserted. If anything goes wrong, don't worry, nothing will happen.

If not then how am i suppost to get my case to turn on the pc? Also i am not sure where i should connect the ATA cable from the case. And i also got another problem i dont know what to do with this cable

I probably also should have noted that the case and motherboard is new i just got it today however the case was used before, and it came without a manual.

For the 1st picture: it maybe the 9pins UBS2.0 you need connect it into the MB USB2.0 header. Check your MB manual.
2nd picture, those are for the front panel connectors, you need connect them into the front panel header that is the 4th picture. You just check the cables that labeled like HD+ or HD- then plug into the HD+ or HD-.
3rd picture, it is IEEE 1394a because the MB does not have so that you can't use it, if you want you need buy the IEEE 1394a add-on card.
