Not sure what you mean, but if the screen is facing updisde down, or has rotated to left or right, hold down ctrl/alt keys and tap arrow key in opposite direction.

Not sure what you mean, it could be the Zoom is set more than 100% or it could be that you got the personalization set to portrait rather than landscape.

if your hotkeys are disabled {CTR+ALT+(directional arrow)}...
RIGHT MOUSE CLICK on the desktop,
CLICK on PERSONALIZE
There thing there (dont remember what it was called...) something like DISPLAY SETTINGS or DISPLAY
and there you can choose the orientation:
---> Landscape, Portrait, Landscape (flipped), Portrait (flipped).
you probably need the LANDSCAPE...
