Question My Facebook account has hacked

Hello,

My Facebook id was hacked and the number and email id both were changed so I can't access my account or reset it, following are the details of my account:

Note: all the details have been changed by the hackers but I know the name of the friends on my Facebook id so please let me know how you can help me, there is no Facebook live support or anything 🙁
