Specs:
OS: Windows Vista
CPU: Intel Core i5-4210U 1.7GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 440
Ram: 2 GB

Ive asked too long and im too sure my family wont be upgrading this setup i got, and yet all my friends has the latest generation while im stuck with this.. old.. things that barely takes steam.

Is it possible to overclock the CPU or the GPU? Ive seen similar discussions here, but this might be too old for anyone to remember to be honest.. Ive made it go 10-25 fps on Team Fortress 2.

Its still to early to say but Fraps is nearly killing my cpu usage, its at 30-40% while recording with fraps and 70% when playing/running fraps at the same time.

And this pc is really really old, atleast i have 150 gb somehow, its slow.

There is absolutely zero way you have a 4210U in the same PC as a GT440. The 4210U is a pretty recent (Q2 2014) mid-range laptop chip that only exists to be soldered down to ultrabooks, which don't have slots for desktop GPUs.

Find out which CPU your PC actually has and we might be able to help you.

How do you even have Vista running on a modern CPU? Even if this did magically work the 4210U is still a laptop CPU so you couldn't have a graphics card running with it too - and even if that did work too the 440 is still way older than the 4210U.
Do you mean Intel HD 4400? That would make more sense.
