Question My fan hub is smoking, and I don't know why?

Hello,

I am doing my first build, and having an hub issue. I have the TT Pure plus 12 fans. At first, I turned on the PC and the fans did not work. I smelled smoke, and quickly turned everything off. I rewired a few things, this time with the back panel open, I turned everything on again. The one fan I was testing turned on, but the hub started to visibly smoke. I don't know what am I doing wrong. TIA
