[SOLVED] My fan is fairly loud even on idle and is noticeable on around 20 percent usage

As the title says I have a predator G9 593, the idle RPM is around 2800 and the average idle CPU temp is 60 degrees celsius. I'm fairly certain I don't have a miner virus (although i did have one but i ran an offline scan and removed it) because the processes on task manager total to the stated CPU. Any thoughts? Thanks to anyone who replies.

I would do a clean Windows reinstallation just to be sure.

You could also try undervolting the CPU by -0.100v or -0.120v and cleaning up your laptop of dust.
