Question My fans and mb light up but my monitor and peripherals dont. Help please

My pc is a prebuilt but it has run okay for the past year with no problems i have never had hardware problems and i never moved my pc from where it is after I bought it.
When i turn it on the lights from the components inside the case light up but my Monitor,keyboard,mouse etc don't.
I tried turning the psu off and back on and powering up, i tried pressing the reset button, and i unplugged the power cable and put it back in.
Help?

You can still open up the side panel and mess about. Just because it’s a prebuilt doesn’t mean you can’t unplug a internal power connector...

If you don't feel comfortable to do it, ask someone for help. That is the way to test the PC, when it has problem.
