Sorry I'm not too familiar with the vs series as I haven't worked with it much, I imagine they shouldn't be too bad as they're corsairs, and corsair makes quality products you could also take a look at seasonic PSUs as they're great. You could go with the one you initially suggested.
Basically the K denotes an unlocked multiplier on the CPU. The clock speed of the cpu is determined by the bus speed*multiplier. the 3570k uses a 100mhz bus and doesn't like to move much.
so as the 3570k is listed with its 3.4GHZ clock it has a multiplier of 34
100mhz*34=3400mhz
when you overclock it you change that multiplier as it is not locked.
so say we wanted the CPU to run at 4ghz we'd change it to 40.
100mhz*40=4000mhz or 4GHz

would be buying a new samsung 3d moniter...playing games hd movies..not intrested in overclocking

I can tell you right now running Crysis 3 in 3d is NOT going to be easy, also do you need a case, dvd drive or Hard drives or anything as you didn't list them up there?
I've got a something here off that with those types of components that would dust it for about $833, it was like 45212 Rs

You could overclock that CPU down the road as well if you wanted to. For some reason the regular 3570 was more on that site so i decided might as well stick with that 3570k and then you could overclock it if you ever decided to

if your going to overclock it though you'll want to change the cooler though, this can actually be done even if your not overclocking the cpu as it will keep it cooler and just be less stressful on the cpu in general. You can get some coolers for really cheap though so don't worry, you won't need it if your not going to overclock but they're nice to have.
Heres a very popular cooler that i typically recommend, it appears to be a bit more expensive where you live though but it is still a great buy

thanx u helped a lot...jus 1 more thing the mobo u suggest is good enuf..intel original h77eb is at the same price at somewhere else

The msi motherboard has an h77 chipset which is not for overclocking..you need a z75 or z77 for oc..
I'd suggest this asrock z77 pro3

You may be able to get better parts from a retail store..its difficult to suggest parts from flipkart as there is not much choice..and its also cheaper to buy from a retail store than from a website..do some research yourself on what parts you need to get according to your requirement and check with the local stores on which parts are available..and flipkart is not that reliable if you are planning to order online..
