I've had a few threads with regards my first build and I've got it down to 3 choices , a quick brief of what I'm trying to do.

It's a mainly gaming pc for my son who wants to be involved in a build rather than just buy one ( much easier for me ) as well as homework, youtube , skype and the norm, it will start with one monitor but end up with second at somepoint in the future, one for games the other for skype, youtube, spotify the idea being one runs on the gpu for games the other from the cpu.

The pc does not need to be the be all end all as we intend to do upgrades as time goes by. Although the builds are quite similar there are reasons involved in the choices which I will try to explain. I would like the build to cost around £850 or less in total, taking into account that the prices on the pcpartpicker links are not that upto date ( ie I can't find the gpu anywhere near the £200 price more like £260) and as such I have to take this into account. I would like them to be able to play modern games at 1080 but don't mind getting lower spec stuff as upgrades will happen such as gtx1060 3gb to replace the 6gb version or maybe the zotac mini version etc.

Certain things remain fairly important like a fully modular psu to keep things tidy, the case as it is the the closest I can find to what I want and have had enough looking so it will be ok unless a big reason to change.

main things with this mobo ( so many to choose from ) but hdmi on the board not on the other builds and the hybrid hdd recommended and a compromise to a ssd and hdd costs involved

main things on this one is the price if I change the psu, mobo ( which I'd like to )will up the price as well as the gpu price difference BUT I have the ssd / hdd

this one again price is nice, mobo will probably change to asrock, as will case to focus g but no ssd but is it difficult to upgrade in the future to ssd with moving the OS to ssd and sorting out the hdd so not sure

any help would be great because I'm just waiting to pull the trigger ( son is getting bored waiting )also please please dont bring in amd , I've decided on intel

thanks
