Thanks for any help and suggestion!

With OS, you would have to take a different approach to get a 980ti. Went with 8gb, and a good, but less expensive cooler, and changed the PSU to the B2 version. Still a decent tier 2 unit.

Corsair RMi Series RM850i ATX/EPS Fully Modular 80 PLUS Gold 850 W Power Supply Unit.
About the GPU though, i dont really have the money for the 980ti however is the 970 still future proof for example battle front 3 on high/ ultra, no mans sky... etc

If you were planning on a 980 anyways, just grab one.

thanks alot dude i think i might have to stick with roughly what i got because i dont necessarily want to down grade to a 970 but dont have the funds for a 980ti whilst keep all the luxuries like case and cpu cooler etc... its awkward

You're well informed on parts, so I won't suggest anything, I'm just curious about your objective here. It will be a gaming pc ? A workstation? If you're not planning to overclock/ or upgrade (for ex add another gpu), why the ? I7 "k" ? and most importantly, why the 850W psu ?

If i'm guessing correctly you want to play games, and you're not to into overclock. I'd buy an i5 instead, maybe a "k" one- if you'd like - and somehow squeeze in that 980Ti.

Fluff should never be traded for function. My build had a 980ti, just as an FYI. 😉

Its so difficult trying to balance what i want keeping it within the rough budget so will maybe just decrease the i7 to an i5 is some money cant be accessed, dont really see any other lee way

Ok, so if this is a gaming pc, an i5 should suffice. If you're a first time builder overclocking is not a top priority here. Get into pc building nice and easy. And listen to the previous poster. Pc gaming first of all is not about the looks, it's about performance and the best gaming experience you could get for your money.

okay thanks i wont focus on the overclocking and ill take your advice thanks, just out of interest the system i made above will it still be, functional in the way it will still function as an efficient gaming pc for the money, obviously there can be changes made

Did your budget include OS, or something? You have the budget for a 6700k and a 980ti, if you shop around.
