Will be used as a workstation, running multiple virtual machines, etc. I don't do any gaming at all but I want my PC to be as fast as possible and not need upgrades in the near future.

The case comes with just one fan. Do I need any more, even if I'm not overclocking?

I just checked and the best price I could find on 3470 is only £5 less than 3570K. I won't be overclocking at the moment but it's still good to know that my CPU and motherboard support it if I need to do it in the future.

Is there such a big difference between CL9 and CL10 memory?
