I'm just going to use this build for around a year and then upgrade. (Already have a PSU)

The build is: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Juarez69/saved/Bvm7YJ

My questions are this:
-¿Is the RAM and MOBO compatible? (I saw in the G.Skill web page QVL that they are just wanna be sure)
-¿Should I get a better MOBO? (I'm not overclocking anything right now)
-¿Should I go for AMD instead of intel?

I'm planning to play games like farcry 4, crysis 3, borderlands the pre-sequel, Evolve.

If the QVL lists the RAM, then you should be good...

Concerning your other concerns/questions:

1- Better mobo? If your primary use is gaming and it looks like you're going to be OC'ing down the road (and even if not sure), Z97 is a much better option than the B85 or (H97 for that matter) and you can grab enthusiast/gaming Z97 boards under or at $150. For only $70 or less, you will get a definite benefit going this route.

2- AMD vs. Intel. I just went from being a 17-year AMD desktop user to Intel for a very good reason... Overwhelming performance advantage of Intel.

Concerning your other components:

1- Ram: G. Skill is great memory but the sticks you've chosen have rather high (CAS) latency (11). You might find better performance from CAS 8/9 1600 or 1866 RAM, of which 8GB like you've selected is fine.

2- GPU: The Gigabyte G1 970 and MSI Gaming 970 are among the best you can buy... Forget the Asus. Reason, 8+6 pin power connection on the G1 and MSI provides excellent voltage to the cards for stock and OC settings other manufacturers do not have. Both have better cooling solutions compared to rivals.

3- PSU: You did not list a PSU. I would recommend a 650w-750w PSU 80+ Gold. Seasonic and EVGA seem to have very good reviews across the board and can be had for under $100 meeting this spec.

4- OS: You did not list an Operating System. Die-hards will tell you to stick with Win7 no matter what... Well, I was one of those too. I did a complete overhaul of my system, minus my PC case (see my details) and rolled the dice and went with Win8.1 and am so glad I did. So much faster than Win7 and have ZERO issues with gaming. Bonus, no more expensive than Win7 and Win8.1 will have an update life longer than Win7 will.

5- Budget: You did not mention your budget. This dictates your purchasing power and choices/quality of components.

I know this is kind of general info, but hope it helps some...

1st of all thanks for the help
-I'm going for this mobo because I plan on buying a new one the next year, also changing CPU with mobo planning to get an Asus Maximux VII Hero and an i7 4790K (also looking forward for broadwell)
- Thanks for the GPU help since all days I struggle to choose a brand, I love gigabyte g1 but I'm not sure since it's too big and I don't want any issues when I change case, also I like that the Asus Strix has a backplate and MSI doesn't hace one. I know it's aesthetics, and that MSI has a higher baseclock, but I don't know if MSI already fixed the coilwhine problem since I didn't hear any Strix Coilwhine problems
-I mentioned that I already have a PSU but only to make things clearer my PSU is a Rosweill Capstone 750 watts 80+ Gold
-I also have the OS
