I made this pc on pcpartpicker.com so i need some advise if any good or not for what I want to do. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wfd8yc Oh almost forgot my budget is about 800-1000, but willing to go a little over it.

If you're wanting to stream while gaming as well as rendering videos for youtube you might want to take a look at an AMD CPU as the 8 core's will benefit you here. They also perform fine in the games you mentioned (I had an 8350 that was great and I basically play all the games you mentioned).

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($168.95 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($28.75 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($119.97 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($73.98 @ Newegg)...
Sir, your build is based on mostly obsolete (although still fast) components. But at many levels it is a waste of money. So here it goes, a build for you. Much faster graphics card, several orders of magnitude faster. Much better PSU quality. Newer mobo and CPU.

Note: I only included CPU cooler because you did. You don't need it, unless you prefer silence. The stock one does its job, but can get loud at times. So, feel free to remove it if it is too much. Also used the same case as you did, but there are much cheaper ones out there and very good as well. Zalman Z12 for instance.

Also, I would add an SSD to this build by all means. Like Samsung 820 EVO 250GB (or at least 120GB just for system).
