Switch to an Asus z68 board in case you want to throw in a cheap 40 GB ssd in later for caching with Intel S.R.T.

Don't get a Rosewill PSU. A corsair AX850 would be appropriate for this build. Or the non-modular corsair tx850. Rosewill just isn't known for making non-crappy PSUs.
