My first build- Will it work

I want to know before i start buying everything that these parts are compatible and if i have missed something that might be important. I have went on pcpartspicker.com and put my components in and some don't register so i dnt know if they are compatible or are lacking something. This is also my first time building so if u have any comments or concerns let me know.

Some of your links don't work.

B250 chipset motherboard. You're going to need to perform a BIOS update if you plan to run a B150 motherboard on the Kabylake processor. Also, why not just more to DDR4? Might it be possible for you to pass on your budget and your location? We could perhaps source a better list of parts for you.
