The gtx650 is a WEAK GPU. You will be on low settings at 1080p in games.

Get a PSU from Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Antec. 500w is plenty.

You don't need a z77 motherboard or the CPU cooler because you can't overclock that CPU. Get an h77 motherboard.

Drop to 8gb RAM. It is all that is needed for gaming.

few things you can change:
Don't need a 750 W PSU, 600 is plenty
Don't need 16 GB ram 8 GB is plenty
CPU cooler go with the evo 212 it'll save a little

Use the savings to invest in a better GPU

As tiny said.. 500 is plenty but ive always gone with 600-650 personal pref. For the CPU i'd get the K version and keep a cooler. $1000 budget you should be able to fit a decent gaming system into it.

Few things to help.if you have local micro center there CPU prices are better then new egg. If your not going to play movies on your pc drop the blue ray drive for a 20. DVD burner. The ram drop it to eight gigs. Make sure the ram on the mob qal list. The newer ram is 1.5v or less and is cl9 in speed.
Power supply look to see if cosair units are less money then the one you picked out and are better unit. For the gpu the 7790 is a better deal at 100-130 price point. It only slightly slower then the 7850.

ok, love the input, thanks guys.. here's the changes I've made so far... motherboard i think i'll go with a: Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H Socket 1155 Intel H77 Chipset | Dual Channel DDR3 1600 MHz, 2x PCI-Express x16 | GLAN, 3x SATA 3.0Gb/s, 2x SATA 6.0Gb/s, 2x USB 3.0, 4x USB 2.0 | DVI/D-Sub/HDMI, ATX
Ram i changed to Kingston: HyperX Blu 8GB DDR3 1600MHz CL10 DIMM (KHX1600C10D3B1/8G)
and my PSU i changed to: Corsair HX Series CMPSU-620HX 620W ATX Triple Power Supply 120MM Fan 12V 50A Continuous 24PIN ATX Modular
