My First Build

Hi, This is my first build and I am looking to stay within the range of ($1000-$1500). It will be used for school work and gaming. For school work I will be using Solid Works or NX-8.5 or other types of 3D CAD modeling. For gaming i will be playing MMORPGs such as Perfect World International, and FPS games likes Gunz and Counter-Strike.

850 watt will be overkill.. you should grap a 500 watt and upgrade your gpu to hd 7870 or 7850 if you can afford it and you will good

The graphics card is all important for a balanced gaming pc.
In this case, a 7750 is very weak.
My rule of thumb is to budget twice the cpu cost for your graphics card.

just a thought, but a haswell i5 or i7 should be great for solidworks, and you'd be much more futureproof.
