After a little research and some help form forums I finally decided to go with these parts and I need a confirmation before I go buy them.
Maximus vii hero
i5 4690k
Gtx 970 strix
Seasonic x650
8 gb vengeance
Cooler master hyper something..
(I will change those in future to noctua nf's or liquid coolers)
Corsair vengeance c70 green( I tried so hard to get hold of black version but I couldn't)
Benq RL2455HM.( fits in my budget)

Also, what would you add/change.

Solution
Solid build mate but I have a few recommendations.

I would get a 850W PSU if you plan to SLI that build. But the 650W will do too.

I believe you meant the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. A reasonable and great CPU cooler but not great for hardcore overclocking.

Please provide the model of the RAM. You will require a low profile RAM as air cooler tend to be big and you would want the clearance between it and the cooler.

All the best with your first build.

CPU. GPU combo is great! What's the motherboard ? I hope it's a z97 series. They are for overclock able CPU . I haven't heard that PSU brand , but if it has 80+ bronze efficiency , your good with it. Might also think going to 750watt ,

Of course it is a Z97. The Maximus Hero VII is one of the best motherboards out there for the LGA 1150.

SeaSonic have great PSU and are made by themselves. It is one of the best PSU you can get IMO.
