Well I would change the HDD to WD Black...The green ones are more of backup drives rather than primary drives as they run slower than the regular drives...
Get the Dominators only if you are planning to overclock the CPU very high...If not get the OCZ Platinum as they are cheaper and have lower timings than the Dominators...and would also allow pretty decent overclock...
Rest of the system looks very good...

If your not going to SLI then you could get away with a 650w PSU, if you are going to SLI then try and see if you can fit a 850w in the budget because i7's use loads of energy.
