i know they cost a bit more but i thought that was because of the cooling that they had. But can u recommend a better deal?
Also which one of the mother boards should i get ?

If you plan on going with a tri monitor set up, then you want a 3GB card for the extra VRAM. Here's a better board, case with better cooling...better case all around, and a proper psu to push two of those cards. Also I'm not sure what your plan is with 16GB of RAM unless this build is for video editing or something.

Coolermaster hyper 212+ is very popular due to it's high efficiency relative to cost (bang for buck)

For gpus, most already have aftermarket coolers added by different vendors. Just read up reviews between the different offerings. Of course having good airflow inside helps too
