My first custom gaming PC

I've recently finished picking out the parts for my first custom gaming built PC and I was wondering if anyone can check it out and tell me if it will be able to run intense graphic games like Battlefield 1, H1Z1 KOTK, Ark, and more. I am also planning on streaming and recording youtube videos of these game and wondering if it will still run good. (Not going to be overclocking)

Perfect build could drop the ram down to 8 gb to save some money I will recommend link to ebay for gtx 1070 refurbished its $350 its I ordered one its in california i live in tennessee and it shipped and got to my house in 2 days to be exact I haven't got a chance to plug it in yet waiting for other parts but its refurbished by msi technicians and has a 180 day warranty good deal

Also CPU can drop it to i5 6790k but if your not on a tight budget it shouldn't really matter

Thanks for replying, I dont know alot about PC's but I just want to make sure that your 100% sure that I can run these games while recording and I was also wondering if you know how much fps I will get for Battlefield 1
