My first e6600 OC

I just got a DS3, e6600, patriot 6400 4-4-4-12 and I have the all voltages set +.1 (except CPU which is at 1.4).

Running Prime95 for 4 hours never gets my CPU temp above 53C and I'm running at 2.9GHz (Idle is 39C). Is this an acceptable load temp? As you can tell from my sig, I'm coming from an Athlon X2 and the world of Core 2's is totally new to me, I just want some advice. Thanks!

Looks fine to me i bet if you loosened out those timings you could get that thing super high- as far as the temps what cooler are you using? stock? And are you running a 1:1? would be nice to see a screenshot with some info on yur build or some pics too

I've upped the FSB since I last read your replies. Then I started playin HL2: episode one, dear GOD! Where did the time go!?

Anyways, I think I can still push this thing further. I'm only using the stock cooler, with AS5. I'm running 1:1, so my memory is only running at 350 out of a possible 400 MHz.

StevenT, are you using stock cooler?
