[SOLVED] my first ever build

So, as you might've guessed. I am completely new to pc building and I want to build my "daily driver" where I'll be gaming, and coding software on. Since it's my first I've done quite a bit of research about parts so I would like to receive your thoughts and advice.
https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/user/pepson/saved/TC7FsY
As you can see the only part I'm struggling with is my motherboard since I'm not certain if it'll be good for what I want to do.

So what I want to do is: Overclock the GPU slightly(and "undervolt" it to 95%)
The parts need to ensure longevity of 5-6 years and upgradability.
The parts that I'm not willing to change are the GPU,CPU and the storage, unless it's unreliable somehow.

I'm reusing this GPU from my fathers old dusty system(4th gen i7) and I've already cleaned it as much as i could(didn't renew thermal paste pads because that's a hassle) and it's never really been under any load since all it has done was playing roblox, minecraft and war thunder(which are all light on the gpu)

The monitor is subject to change simply because I don't know a thing about monitors, all I know is that I want atleast 75hz, 1ms and AMD freesync. Size doesn't really matter to me as long as it is over 20 inches and has 1080p resolution.

I'm not sure about the motherboard since I don't really have a dead-set budget because the time I'll be building this pc is unclear because I will begin building it when my parents both get their new houses(divorce) and so i will also need to take space for that in account(since they both cant afford any fancy big house with big rooms) My motherboard will also need to have WiFi since an ethernet cable probably isn't going to be available to use for my pc.

With the cooling I'll need reliability and good airflow while not having to suck in all of the dust inside a 10km radius. But i think my budget would be fine while including the monitor (ignore the keyboard and mouse) at 870 euros or below

For my current parts configuration i'll be using the noctua case fan for exhaust on the rear of the case since dust would probably come in from there if i used it as an exhaust at the top of the case.

thanks for reading and the help, also ignore the names of the pcpartpicker list ;D

If you want something to hang in the christmas tree, it might work (yeah, I know, exaggerating). I don't use aircoolers so I can't recommend anything.

You say you want upgradeability. But you don't want to change GPU, CPU etc. So that leaves RAM, NIC, soundcard. Not much to upgrade to.
If you go with current platforms, it doesn't get better than the DDR4 that is out now.

DDR5 is coming, PCI-E gen 5 is coming. AMD is coming out with a new socket, LGA 17xx. Those should be out within the year. AM4 is kicking on heavens door, upgrade-wise. Intel tends to come out with new sockets every or every other new...
Here's another option. Unlike AMD Ryzen cpu's, Intel cpu's aren't nearly as memory dependent hence the reason 3200Mhz RAM is the sweet spot. This build will allow you to run that cpu with the power limits turned off in the bios. It's a round a bout way of OC these locked Intel cpu's.

im not going with intel due to me wanting upgradability. so thats why im going with amd.

My 1st question would be, what DO you want to upgrade?
2nd would be, Can you wait a year? If you can't 3600 or 5600X CPU is nice. In terms of motherboard, you would have to check reviews, is the VRM good enough etc? Not just 'feature-list' reviews. Those don't tell you much. At what point does the VRM overheat? What CPU can it handle, for years? Not just 1 day, like most Youtuber reviewers test stuff. What do actual users say? Experts?

when i say i dont want to change my cpu, gpu etc, i mean im not going to change the ones that im buying. I will most likely be upgrading those over the years. i've already checked reviews regarding the cpu cooler and motherboards and they seem to be nice, just cant figure out which one to pick considering the price difference. whether i can wait a year or not depends on when i move so if all of those things come out at a nice price then i'll probably upgrade a few things.

In that case it doesn't really matter what you get now, as long as you are happy with the performance. You will have to do a full platform upgrade later anyway. Platform = CPU, RAM, Motherboard. And GPU at some point. If, in the future, you want a more powerful GPU it will draw more power. 550 W PSU wont be enough. Around 750-850 W should last a while. I've had 2 PSUs in the past 15 years, both 850 W. It might hurt the wallet right now but in the end you are saving money because you don't have to replace it all the time. Research a good PSU for you. Seasonic tends be a very good brand overall. That said, I have a Bitfenix Whisper. Linustechtips forum has a nice 'PSU tier list'. Just type that in your Google-machine. There is one thing that might throw a wrench in the machinery. It is this: https://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/3568-intel-atx-12vo-spec-explained-what-manufacturers-think

Current decent GPUs draw around 200-300 watts. CPUs around 100-200 watts. Rest of the stuff, memory, harddisks, fans, round it up to an even 100 watts (worst case scenario). That is 600 watts, possibly. PSUs like to be in the 20-80% utilization range, most efficient. On a 850 watt PSU that would be max 680 watts if my math is correct. If you are asking 100% of the PSU, it wont last very long.
