So, as you might've guessed. I am completely new to pc building and I want to build my "daily driver" where I'll be gaming, and coding software on. Since it's my first I've done quite a bit of research about parts so I would like to receive your thoughts and advice.

As you can see the only part I'm struggling with is my motherboard since I'm not certain if it'll be good for what I want to do.
So what I want to do is: Overclock the GPU slightly(and "undervolt" it to 95%)
The parts need to ensure longevity of 5-6 years and upgradability.
The parts that I'm not willing to change are the GPU,CPU and the storage, unless it's unreliable somehow.
I'm reusing this GPU from my fathers old dusty system(4th gen i7) and I've already cleaned it as much as i could(didn't renew thermal paste pads because that's a hassle) and it's never really been under any load since all it has done was playing roblox, minecraft and war thunder(which are all light on the gpu)
The monitor is subject to change simply because I don't know a thing about monitors, all I know is that I want atleast 75hz, 1ms and AMD freesync. Size doesn't really matter to me as long as it is over 20 inches and has 1080p resolution.
I'm not sure about the motherboard since I don't really have a dead-set budget because the time I'll be building this pc is unclear because I will begin building it when my parents both get their new houses(divorce) and so i will also need to take space for that in account(since they both cant afford any fancy big house with big rooms) My motherboard will also need to have WiFi since an ethernet cable probably isn't going to be available to use for my pc.
With the cooling I'll need reliability and good airflow while not having to suck in all of the dust inside a 10km radius. But i think my budget would be fine while including the monitor (ignore the keyboard and mouse) at 870 euros or below
For my current parts configuration i'll be using the noctua case fan for exhaust on the rear of the case since dust would probably come in from there if i used it as an exhaust at the top of the case.
