Hi i am not the best with pc's since i just started and i need a little helpvon my build. I want to be able to play games at 60fps and maybe stream some csgo would you be able to look at my build? I am not planning on OC but i want the higher Ghz and i plan to upgrade my gpu in 2-3 years

The MSI GTX 1060 and GTX 1060 Reference are pretty much exactly the same. Depends which on you think would look better.

Do not buy that cooler - that's one of the absolute worst you can buy. Get something from Phanteks or Noctua, much better coolers. This would be a better buy for your money IMO:
