My question is
i want a nice game / light editing system for up to 800 euros but the best price to performance with at least an i5

Relevant software i use:
PC Gaming: csgo / H1z1 ​​must play a minimum of 60 fps
and I use Adobe Premier

Get an i5 you can afford, a motherboard that fits your case and has the number of add on slots and features you want, and the best GPU you can afford. You can do a search for the difference between H110, B150, H170, and Z170 to quickly see what paying for the higher end will get you.

Many on the site might tell you to get an unlocked CPU and a Z170 board. For a first timer, probably better not to fuss with that and, more importantly, is usually unnecessary.
