If you can get the Asus R9 280X DCII Top i would highly recommend that over the sapphire. The cooler on it is fantastic.

Also i would look into Corsair HX750, if you can get it at roughly the same price it would be better than the gaming.

You might want to get a tube of thermal paste like arctic silver 5 or so to use with the heatsink.

Other than that looking real good and you should have everything you need.

Well you might want to look into a fan controller for your fans that way you can adjust their speed.
Actually, i think your case already comes with a fan controller, so hook them up to that :)

There seems to be 3 fan connectors for case fans on your motherboard though so those can easily be used.

Way too much money being spent on fans and those fans are not the highest quality. The 600T is a decent choice and I have this case but I'm personally not the biggest fan of it. There's better cases you can go with for less money. Put that into your GPU instead. If you insist on using a 600T, the fan controller is a waste of money as there is one built into the case. This is what I would do for $1400:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U9B SE2 37.9 CFM CPU Cooler ($52.21 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($144.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($122.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($86.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($340.91 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 500R White ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk III 750W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $1268.04

- Left the expensive headset and the case fans off (you can add that stuff later)
- Fan controller is unnecessary
- PSU is Super Flower and allows you to add a second GPU later on

This, I've heard great reviews on the ASUS R9 280X DCII

Yeah but if you're buying a 600T you don't need a fan controller since there's one built in. You're spending money when you don't have to.
