Will this build be okay to last at least 5 years and be able to run games like gta 4 on max settings without the computer heating up too much?

Heating up too much? Its all top end hardware, it will get hot.

If this is for gaming:
Get an i5 not an i7

drop that closed loop cooler. An air cooler will be quieter an perform exactly the same if not better.

Get 8gb RAM
