Solution
The two things I would personally look at changing are-
1. The i5 4570 is like $10 more
2. The GTX760 is a better buy in that price range.

Why to go with a macro-ATX mobo ?
Your really limited with this, for connections and upgrade in the future. Go with a ATX board, this case is made for.
What is your total budget ?
Maybe considder to get previous generation i5 or GPU to save some money, and spend on mobo for better performance and overclocking ability's. Like the Z77A-G43 or Z77A-GD55. For the same price of the i5 4440 you get a i5 3470 tht is faster for gaming and will support better your 270X-range video card, especielly BF4 that is quiet CPU-bounded. I had a i5 3450 (a little bit faster than 4440) before and my frames in BF3 Ultra with a 7870oc (just a tiny slower than 270X) was like 50-80fps in HD Ultra with 4xMSAA, and now with my i5 3570K @ 4.4Ghz a bumped 10 frames average.
So I think the i5 3470 will be like 10 % faster than a i5 4440 in BF4 and it consumes less power than the 4440.
Or if you want to stay in the newest generation, take a i5 4570, its the same price as a 4440, and quiet faster for gaming.
See at this : http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4570-vs-Intel-Core-i5-4440

For the rest of your setup , its the way to go and its subjectif. Take RAM @ 1600Mhz - the standrd for gaming these days.

Better maybe to go with MSI Z87-G43 for almost the same price , there you have the possibility to place a second 270X in the futur and with his z87 shipset to be able to get later a i5 4670K and overclock it to 4.4-4.5Ghz!
or if you like more Gigabyte : Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3
or ASrock : ASRock Z87 Extreme3

I don't see anything wrong with using a microATX board, but if you're worried about it, you can get the MSI-B85-G41 for $69 or the ASRock B85 Pro4 for $75. The MSI Z87-G43 is $115 and I just don't see any reason to pay that much.

I just said above, the 2 big reasons. (read first please) Why do you think they exist if there is no reason you think ?
It just his choice and I give reasons why, its for him to see.
And I have Z77 board with two 7870OC's and i5 @ 4.4Ghz and turns BF3 at max with 4xMSAA in HD at 70-130fps online. With low-and mobo, it will blow it up and the pc will get on fire. ;)
I just helping people and you disliked it, why the sense of forums you think ? No sense to degrade my positif arguments. I'm here to help people with ther questions, if he really want a micro-atx, than he will go for but with more desadvantage (that I told) thats all.

I'm sorry you get so offended if somebody disagrees with you, but you are wrong assuming all microATX boards are low end. Many microATX boards are very good overclocking boards and many support SLI/crossfire. My microATX boards has all of these features and I have 8 sata III ports too. I am in no way limited for future upgrades and connectivity. So I am not saying microATX boards are better than full ATX, I'm just saying there's nothing wrong with them.

Its not a thing of disagry, I just say facts thats all. Not possible to have micro-atx with crossfire and space between the two cards, and the under card not in the way of usb-headers and so.
And it was just the fact, why to be more limited if he has a full-ATX case ? thats all.
