RAM is overkill. The Intel core i5-4690K is about as fast as the i7-4790K for less. The Intel core i7-4790K is really for video editors. Your power supply is good, but not great. A storage drive is also recommended for backup and all your games. Here is a modified version of your build -

Better quality power supply, faster and newer GPU, recommended RAM at 8GB, more ideal processor for gaming and a 2TB storage drive and for $80 less.
Thanks for your reply, and i'm definitely considering your suggestion
but i forgot to mention that i'm not using this pc mainly for gaming, but also for video editing and stuff like that, that's why i'm going with the 16GB of RAM and the i7-4790k, because it's going to be like 60% gaming and 40% video editing...etc,
as for storage, i already have an external hard drive that can hold all of my stuff so i'm not worried about that.
