Approximate purchase date: In the next few days

Budget range: $2,000

System usage: 1. Gaming 2. Watching movies 3. Surfing the internet 4. General computer work

Will you buy a monitor: Later

Parts to upgrade: No

Do you need to buy a new operating system: Yes

Preferred website(s) for spare parts: I don't have any preferred sites; this is my very first PC build.

Location: Germany

Overclocking: Maybe

Multiple GPUs: No

Your monitor resolution: I have an LG C1 TV, which will have to do for now. I'll get a suitable monitor later.

Additional comments: It should be quiet and generate little heat if possible. No RGB lighting. WiFi, Bluetooth, and HDMI should be up to date. I mostly play AAA titles, which shouldn't be a problem at least in the WQHD range at high settings. I also need a mouse and keyboard. I have large hands, so something along those lines would be nice.

2x SSD's, the smaller capacity drive for the OS, while the larger drive will act as your game library. I missed the part about no RGB/ARGB but I do have a point to argue regarding noise, it's a subjective topic and as such some people can't even hear the humming of the motor in the fan while others can hear the ticking of said motor in the fan.

None of the above is set in stone, merely serving as a template you can tinker around with.

Thanks for your recommendation.
Could you please recommend a motherboard with Wi-Fi 7 and a mouse and keyboard?

@Harkonnen76 this case down below includes two sound dampening side panels, the gpu includes dual bios in order to make it run quieter, the cpu cooler runs quiet under load as does this psu. This SSD includes DRAM cache.

This would be my pick. The mouse is large (compared to most), and the keyboard is quality.

An alternative CPU would be the 9700x for around the same price.
